I had learnt this course for 16 weeks. I obtained a lot of knowledge about English reading strategies. They can helped me when I read English especially passages.

Previously I only knew skimming and scanning and I often confused between these technique. But when I learnt more reading strategies from Dr. Usa, I understood difference between skimming and scanning and got more reading strategies too.

In the past, I really didn't like to read English especially English news or long passages because I was lazy and I can't understood what them wrote. But now I open my mind,brave to read and use reading strategies when I want t read. They make me want to read English more than the past!

Reading strategies that I obtained are there!

1. Skimming and scanning : reading quickly to find the main composition of the text like main idea,topic or conclusion.

2. Finding reference : find a mention of something in the text.

3. Inference : a guess that you make or an opinion that you

form based in the text that you have.

4. Read faster : reading fast by do not vocalize, reread,

stop read or use dictionaries that will slow you down.

5. Guessing from the text: using guess skill to find meaning of the words by guess from context instead use dictionaries that waste your time and slow you down.

Well well well, Do not think like that,guys. It's not too difficult.

What did you find easy?

I found ASEAN was easy for me because its content was

easy to understand. I think we need to know about it and prepare

ourself for ASEAN at the end of this year.

What did you find difficult?

In my opinion,West meets East was difficult for me because passage of this unit made me headache. There were lots of unfamiliar words and diffult grammar. Most of all can't understand it absolutely.

How did you solve the problem?

I solved them by paid more attention in class and tried not to speak with my friends when teacher was teaching.

What are your attitudes towards to the lesson?

This course gives me a lot of knowledge about reading strategies in English intensively. Previously, I don't like to read English soooo much. I prefer listen to the music because it can entertain me but reading is not.

In earlier, I didn't like the content of this. But when I study for a long time, I like to study this course because I feel it challenging me and I like chanllenges too.

I hope all of you pay attention and brave to read English because it necessary for your life no matter your education, your career or others. English is not difficult. Trust me.
