Extensive reading (continued)

Here are lots ofsentencs about my learning experience that teacher call 'diary weblog' I know you know it and I want you to know that this is the fifthteen weblog of me. Thank you for your supporting me. So let's go to my learning experince's world!

The class started in 8.30 AM. At first teacher told our midterm test's score. I felt so worried because before midterm test I didn't review lessons as it could be. But I got 12.5. I was so relief! Then she answered exercises in worksheets together with guided us about how to find answers each parts.

Before she answered them, I was relieved because I did my homework in time. Thank you my friend that helped me with my homework. Teacher said that,"Have you done your homework?" My friends and I put our hands up and sincerely smiled. I felt good!

These exercises were from passage "Simply read" It was a research about a group of Japanese students that didn't like English and failed the test and researcher took them to the new class that taught them by extensive reading.

Do you want to know the result? I bet you can't believe that because their new scores were high score as much as regular English student! That mean extensive reading can increase your English skills. I read it by skimming and read faster.

I found the obstacles during I read such as unfamiliar words. I solved it by did not use dictionaries in the same time but used it after I finished reading. It was not easy but not difficult too.

After that, teacher assighned us to moved lecture tesks for the test. We had to test from West meets East, Ann Landers Description of Books and Novels,English Today/Learning Language, ASEAN and Extensive reading. I believed I can do it because I reviewed and summaried them on the papers and tutoring for my friends too.

During the test, the first feeling of me was shocked because there were many blank spaces. But I did them in due time. At first, I did it from the first part but the problem was I was very stunning about it so I skiped and did the second part. But why did I can't do the it too!? Oh my god!! What should I do the next?

Finally I found the great exit that was scanning,read faster and analyzed them carefully. At last I can did them confidently.

I hope all of my friends can did it,too. Fighting!!!

This lesson was not very difficult for me. I had been liked it so much. You guys can improve your English skills by extensive reading. You can read what you want to read. It doesn't matter you are good or not good at English or other language. Just love to read,that's the way you should realize.

I felt glad that this was the last class. But in the other hands, I felt dismayed too. This subject gave me a lot of knowledge about reading that can help me when I am a teacher in the future.

Really thank you Dr.Usa Noytim that taught us intensively. I was appreciate to be your student. Although sometimes I disobeyed your order,I am sorry. Thank you my friends that helped me with my homework and didn't leave me alone. See you next course. Oh, I am sorry that I can't tell you the next course is but next semester you will know it. Goodbye baby!
